Who we work with
We partner with design-led hotels to create immersive guest experiences.
We’ll help you build a brand that captures the mood of your hotel so the right guests feel it, from first impression to check-out.
I.
Earn more direct bookings

Be known by name, not by an internet search. When guest book directly, you own the relationship, creating thoughtful stays and lasting loyalty. Keep the margin, remove the OTAs.
II.
Stand out from the crowd

Compete on experience, not price by creating a stay guests remember. Build a brand that commands higher rates, inspires repeat bookings and can't be compared on price alone.
III.
Attract the right guests

The right guests are part of the experience. A brand that's clear about who it's for naturally attracts like-minded travellers - leading to better stays, better reviews and more repeat bookings.
IV.
Build lasting loyalty

The best stays don't end at check-out. When every detail holds together, the feeling stays with them. Create an experience guests remember, recommend, and return to for years to come.

Provider House
Our design-led stay that taught us how to craft a memorable guest experience.
Provider Studio is a hospitality branding studio, led by Tara and Dan. We craft sensory brands that shape how a place is seen, felt, and remembered.

I.
Tara Bennett
Tara is a maker, drawn to craft since childhood. A trip to Japan in 2013 changed everything. She fell in love with the country's deep respect for craftsmanship, the patience behind every process, and the stories each handmade object carries. She returned home and founded Provider Store, spending more than a decade building relationships with artisans across Japan and Australia, designing products, hand-pouring candles, and creating spaces that celebrate thoughtful living.

II.
Daniel Sammut
Dan is an award-winning brand designer who loves the art of visual storytelling. Having launched his first design studio at the age of 21, he's spent nearly two decades running an independent practice, building brands for founder-led companies across hospitality, fashion, retail and tech. He's a dual Australian and Italian citizen, which explains his love of food, travel, and the way both bring people together. When he's not building brands you'll find him exploring Europe, seeking out the design-led stays worth travelling for.
A collection of ourfavourite design-led hotels

I.
Palazzo Daniele
Salento, Italy
A 163-year-old aristocratic palazzo, majestic and intimate at once. The brand asks little of it, only that it be honoured. A logo drawn from the arches. Photography that invites you in. In the kitchen, local women and the recipes of the region. Some places you visit. This one you travel for.

II.
Masseria Moroseta
Ostuni, Italy
A modern Apulian farmhouse built around the table. White walls, clean lines, set against ancient olive groves and hard Puglian light. The oil is pressed here, the garden feeds the kitchen. There is no menu. You trust Giorgia, and eat what the land gives that day. Guests eat together, outside, as the light goes. Strangers from around the world, connected through their love of food.

III.
Petunia
Ibiza, Spain
A hotel that steps back so the island can speak. It faces Es Vedrà, the dramatic limestone rock rising 413 metres from the sea. The hotel is built around it, so its beauty, its sunsets, its myths are always in view. The rooms recall the seventies, when artists and dreamers first made this island their own.

IV.
Nita Lake Lodge
Whistler, Canada
The feel of a mountain lodge, with the polish of a Michelin key hotel. Timber and stone on the shore of a glacier-fed lake, at the foot of Whistler. Outside, the frozen lake and the cold. Inside, fire, cedar, a rooftop tub, and a table worth dressing for. Everything you need to relax after a day on the mountains.

V.
Il Delfino
Yamba, Australia
A seaside inn that transports you to the Italian coast, without leaving Australia. The feeling is carried in the details: tiled signs, a handwritten note waiting on arrival, a name that belongs to another shore. The branding does the work, quietly, everywhere. You go for the beach. You leave feeling like you summered in Italy.

VI.
Domu Antiga
Gergei, Sardinia
A 19th-century farmhouse brought back to life by the family who grew up here. The Lais left their old jobs to run it together, and it shows. Cheese from their own sheep, eggs from the yard, cooking taught by Giulia and her mother, music after dinner. No screens, no rush. You arrive a guest and leave feeling like one of them.

VII.
Kidera No Ie
Nara, Japan
Kidera no Ie is a collection of five beautifully restored 100-year-old machiya (traditional Japanese townhouses), thoughtfully renovated by an architectural firm and reimagined as an intimate inn. Designed to offer guests the experience of living in old-world Japan, each self-contained home features a tranquil garden and a traditional hinoki cypress bathtub. It was this beautiful balance of simplicity, craftsmanship and calm that became the inspiration for the design of Provider House.

VIII.
Baixa House
Lisbon, Portugal
Baixa House is a collection of 13 beautifully restored apartments set within a historic building in the heart of Lisbon. Every apartment has its own unique character, but they all share the same warm, lived-in feeling, making it feel as though you're staying in a real home rather than a hotel. Spacious and thoughtfully equipped, they're designed for lingering. One of the loveliest touches comes each morning, when your apartment is serviced and the fridge is replenished with fresh yoghurt, fruit, cheese, cured meats and milk, while a bag of warm, freshly baked bread is hung on your door. It's simple hospitality done exceptionally well.

IX.
Hotel The Cliff
Izumo, Japan
Izumo Hotel The Cliff is perched dramatically above the coastline at Windy Farm, with just eight guest rooms built into the cliffside only metres from the ocean. Crafted from raw concrete yet surprisingly warm and inviting, the architecture blends seamlessly into the rugged landscape. Each room features a private outdoor spa overlooking the sea, a complimentary minibar, and access to a beautifully designed sauna that can be reserved for a peaceful session with uninterrupted beach views. Every stay also includes a thoughtfully prepared breakfast bento, making it one of the most memorable places to wake up.

X.
Yuen Bettei Daita
Tokyo, Japan
Yuen Bettei Daita is a serene oasis tucked away in one of Tokyo's loveliest neighbourhoods, Setagaya. Despite being in the heart of one of the world's busiest cities, it feels completely removed from the pace of everyday life. The rooms are inspired by traditional Japanese homes, featuring shoji screens, tatami flooring and low timber furnishings, while still offering every modern comfort. The onsen is the perfect way to begin or end your day, and the hotel is also home to a beautiful restaurant and intimate bar. It's one of the few places in Tokyo where I've truly felt myself slow down and unwind.
